Age-  not exceeding 56 years

Qualification & Experience- 

 i) Master's degree in Science /Degree in Engineering/ Technology

ii) Master's degree in Library and Information Science from a recognized university or equivalent

iii) 5 years working experience in a recognized scientific/ technical library
