Qualification- 

1. Masters Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree
2. Qualifying the National LEvel Test for the purpose of UGC or any other agency approved by UGC
3. However who are or have been awarded Ph.D in accordance with the UGC , regulation 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment
