TNPSC Recruitment of various Library Positions (35) through Combined Library Examination for Tamilnadu State and Subordinate Services (Last date: 01/03/2023)

 

COMBINED LIBRARY EXAMINATION (TAMIL NADU STATE AND SUBORDINATE SERVICES )

Applications are invited from eligible candidates only through online mode upto  01.03.2023 for direct recruitment to the posts included in Combined Library State/ Subordinate Services Examination (Interview posts/ Non-Interview Posts). Examination for these posts shall be conducted in OMR/Computer Based Test (CBT)Method. 

1. ONE TIME REGISTRATION:

It is mandatory for applicants to register their basic particulars through one - time online registration system on payment of Rs. 150/- (Rupees One hundred and fifty only) towards registration fee and then they should apply online for this recruitment. [The one￾time registration will be valid for five years from the date of registration. Thereafter, the registration should be renewed by paying the prescribed fee.] One Time Registration will not be considered as an application for any post.

1. College Librarian in Government Law Colleges

Pay scale: Rs.57,700-2,11,500 /- (Level-24)

Age Limit: 59 years.

2. Librarian and Information Officer in Anna

Centenary Library in Public Department

No of vacancy: 01

Pay scale: Rs.56,100- 2,05,700/- (Level-22)

Age Limit: 37 years.

3. District Library Officer

No of vacancy: 03

Pay scale: Rs.56,100-2,05,700/- (Level-22)

Age Limit:  37 years

4. Library Assistant in the Secretariat Library

No of vacancy: 02

Pay scale: Rs.35,400-1,30,400/- (Level-11)

Age Limit: 32 years

5. Librarian and Information Assistant

Grade – II

No of vacancy: 21

Pay scale: Rs.19,500-71,900/-(Level-8)

Age Limit: 32 years

No Maximum Age limit for SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBC/DCs,BC(OBCM)s, BCMs and Destitute Widows of all categories.
